The Treasurer shall keep Chapter funds and financial records. The Treasurer shall make disbursements as directed by the Chapter. The Treasurer shall be responsible for any legally required financial reports. The Treasurer shall propose a budget one month prior to the Annual Meeting. The fiscal year shall coincide with the calendar year.
